Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to provide exceptional service and support to customers remotely.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve customers through various channels by determining requirements, answering inquiries, and resolving issues
  • Investigate and resolve problems related to shipments, returns, credits, and orders while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance the overall customer experience and meet performance KPIs
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years' B2B Customer Service or 3 years' B2C Customer Service experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
  • At least 2 years of SAP experience; Salesforce.com experience is a plus
  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office applications
  • Conversational Spanish preferred
