Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to provide exceptional service and support to customers remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve customers through various channels by determining requirements, answering inquiries, and resolving issues
- Investigate and resolve problems related to shipments, returns, credits, and orders while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance the overall customer experience and meet performance KPIs
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years' B2B Customer Service or 3 years' B2C Customer Service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
- At least 2 years of SAP experience; Salesforce.com experience is a plus
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office applications
- Conversational Spanish preferred
