Job Summary
A company is looking for a Specialist I, Provider Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues raised by Clients and Therapists via Phone and Live Chat
- Identify root causes of problems and collaborate with Product teams to enhance the platform
- Assist and educate customers on the platform, ensuring excellent customer service
Required Qualifications
- Self-motivated and eager to learn, comfortable with ambiguity and asynchronous communication
- At least one year of successful customer-facing professional experience preferred
- Basic programming or engineering skills and/or interest is a plus
- Education, training, or certification in a business- or technology-related field is a plus
- Ability to meet quantitative metrics, including daily conversation targets
