Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialist I, Provider Support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues raised by Clients and Therapists via Phone and Live Chat
  • Identify root causes of problems and collaborate with Product teams to enhance the platform
  • Assist and educate customers on the platform, ensuring excellent customer service
Required Qualifications
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn, comfortable with ambiguity and asynchronous communication
  • At least one year of successful customer-facing professional experience preferred
  • Basic programming or engineering skills and/or interest is a plus
  • Education, training, or certification in a business- or technology-related field is a plus
  • Ability to meet quantitative metrics, including daily conversation targets
