Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, assisting with software issues and system optimization
  • Diagnose and resolve software-related challenges, escalating complex issues as necessary
  • Conduct proactive outreach to ensure client satisfaction and engagement with new features
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a technical or client-facing role
  • 2+ years in technical support, customer success, or implementation for enterprise software or SaaS platforms
  • Proficiency with tools such as G-Suite, ticketing platforms, or CRM systems
  • Comfortable with technical concepts and eager to learn new systems and configurations
  • Familiarity with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems is preferred but not required
