Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to enhance the post-launch customer experience for dental practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary support contact for customers post-launch across various communication channels
  • Provide real-time guidance and support during early post-launch usage and stabilization
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently while capturing customer feedback for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Support or Customer Experience within a SaaS or technology company
  • Experience with support tools such as Intercom, HubSpot Service Hub, or similar
  • Willingness to work EST or PST hours to support U.S. and Canadian customers
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
  • Experience supporting SaaS products used by dental or healthcare practices is preferred
