Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Chat Specialist to provide technical and functional support for Department of Defense travel systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for travel-related inquiries and troubleshoot system access issues
  • Provide guidance on travel policies and assist users with reimbursement questions
  • Support enterprise applications and ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies
Required Qualifications
  • Active Secret Clearance (or ability to obtain)
  • 2+ years of Help Desk or Service Desk experience in a federal or DoD environment
  • Experience supporting enterprise financial or travel systems
  • Familiarity with Defense Travel System (DTS) and Joint Travel Regulations (JTR)
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
