Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Support Chat Specialist to provide technical and functional support for Department of Defense travel systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for travel-related inquiries and troubleshoot system access issues
- Provide guidance on travel policies and assist users with reimbursement questions
- Support enterprise applications and ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies
Required Qualifications
- Active Secret Clearance (or ability to obtain)
- 2+ years of Help Desk or Service Desk experience in a federal or DoD environment
- Experience supporting enterprise financial or travel systems
- Familiarity with Defense Travel System (DTS) and Joint Travel Regulations (JTR)
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
