Job Summary

A company is looking for a Student Support Specialist to provide high-quality support services to learners in Turkish-speaking markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Independently handle and resolve learner inquiries through various communication channels
  • Provide accurate information to understand and resolve learners' issues effectively
  • Liaise with cross-functional partners to address complex learner feedback and share insights for improvements
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Success or Support roles
  • Native-level proficiency in Turkish with excellent grammar and writing skills
  • Intermediate level proficiency in spoken and written English
  • Strong self-motivation and ability to operate independently
  • A university degree and a strong interest in the EdTech/Language learning industry
