Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Representative who will advocate for restaurant partners and manage complex interactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage escalated restaurant partner issues requiring experienced judgment and a solutions-first mindset
  • Handle retention conversations with partners at risk of canceling, utilizing empathy and product knowledge
  • Support account-focused needs, including add-on services, account information updates, and platform questions
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in customer-facing roles handling escalated, sensitive, or relationship-driven situations
  • Comfortable working with technology and quick to learn new tools; experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is a plus
  • Available to work shifts between 6:00am-7:00pm PT, including weekends and holidays
  • Organized and capable of managing multiple open cases simultaneously
  • Calm and empathetic communicator who can handle difficult conversations without losing relationships
