Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain the Help Center, ensuring support resources are clear and up to date
  • Analyze user sessions to identify friction points and provide insights to leadership and product teams
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
  • 3+ years of experience in customer support or a customer-facing role
  • Experience with SaaS, accounting tools, or finance platforms is a plus
  • Technically curious with an interest in understanding customer workflows
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
