Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for inbound customer support requests and provide prompt resolutions
- Own and maintain the Help Center, ensuring support resources are clear and up to date
- Analyze user sessions to identify friction points and provide insights to leadership and product teams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
- 3+ years of experience in customer support or a customer-facing role
- Experience with SaaS, accounting tools, or finance platforms is a plus
- Technically curious with an interest in understanding customer workflows
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
