Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage company communication channels including live chat, emails, and phone calls
- Provide timely and accurate support to clients while maintaining CRM records of all interactions
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve inquiries and follow up with clients for satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer support or client service role
- Previous experience in Forex trading or financial markets is advantageous
- Excellent command of English and native proficiency in Thai, both spoken and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Flexible to work on a rotating shift schedule, including morning, afternoon, and night shifts
