Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage company communication channels including live chat, emails, and phone calls
  • Provide timely and accurate support to clients while maintaining CRM records of all interactions
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve inquiries and follow up with clients for satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a customer support or client service role
  • Previous experience in Forex trading or financial markets is advantageous
  • Excellent command of English and native proficiency in Thai, both spoken and written
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Flexible to work on a rotating shift schedule, including morning, afternoon, and night shifts
