Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Specialist who will provide front-line customer support primarily through live chat and email.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to live chats and emails within SLA windows and manage cases to resolution
  • Troubleshoot account access issues, order and shipping status, and payment flows
  • Identify and escalate fraud and safety situations while maintaining accurate case documentation
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in high-volume customer support, preferably in chat and email
  • Proven ability to meet SLA targets and maintain high customer satisfaction ratings
  • Experience with modern support platforms and familiarity with tools like Notion and Slack
  • Ability to work autonomously during low-supervision shifts, particularly during non-traditional hours
  • Reliable with schedule commitments and capable of managing high-volume tasks without quality loss
