Job Summary
A company is looking for a Support Specialist who will provide front-line customer support primarily through live chat and email.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to live chats and emails within SLA windows and manage cases to resolution
- Troubleshoot account access issues, order and shipping status, and payment flows
- Identify and escalate fraud and safety situations while maintaining accurate case documentation
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in high-volume customer support, preferably in chat and email
- Proven ability to meet SLA targets and maintain high customer satisfaction ratings
- Experience with modern support platforms and familiarity with tools like Notion and Slack
- Ability to work autonomously during low-supervision shifts, particularly during non-traditional hours
- Reliable with schedule commitments and capable of managing high-volume tasks without quality loss
