Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure a positive customer experience and manage issue resolution timelines
  • Document customer interactions and software defects while maintaining proficiency in the company's software
  • Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries, providing solutions and alternative options as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in customer service and troubleshooting software issues
  • Basic understanding of computer functions and ability to train users
  • Experience with Software as a Service is preferred but not required
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required
  • Previous experience in customer or technical support is preferred
