Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Support Representative to deliver efficient and high-quality customer support for routine inquiries and common product issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Responds to customer inquiries promptly and in a friendly manner across multiple channels
- Uses product knowledge and critical thinking to research and troubleshoot customer issues effectively
- Contributes to improving support efficiency by identifying common issues and maintaining accurate knowledge base content
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree or additional education preferred
- At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in software or SaaS support
- Knowledge of Freshdesk or similar ticketing systems preferred
- Reliable with strong time management and accountability
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed
