Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to serve as a front line ambassador for their products.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide superior service to customers by answering inquiries, processing enrollments, and troubleshooting issues
- Manage a high volume of inbound calls while delivering a positive experience
- Identify retention and upsell opportunities by aligning solutions with customer needs
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment preferred
- Experience with upselling is preferred but not required
- Comfortable with technology and navigating the internet; experience with Microsoft Windows and Google Suite is required
- Reliable home internet with a minimum download speed of 50 mbps and a dedicated workspace
- Must successfully complete New Hire Orientation and training programs, passing all certification exams
