Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to provide effective support for their clinical trial management platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound support requests, triaging and prioritizing tickets according to SLA guidelines
- Provide professional support to customers, guiding them through platform navigation and troubleshooting
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA requirements and contribute to the team's knowledge base
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service or technical support experience in a SaaS or software environment
- Experience supporting clinical research sites and familiarity with site workflows
- Ability to troubleshoot web-based software applications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar ticketing/CRM platforms is a plus
