Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to provide effective support for their clinical trial management platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound support requests, triaging and prioritizing tickets according to SLA guidelines
  • Provide professional support to customers, guiding them through platform navigation and troubleshooting
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA requirements and contribute to the team's knowledge base
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of customer service or technical support experience in a SaaS or software environment
  • Experience supporting clinical research sites and familiarity with site workflows
  • Ability to troubleshoot web-based software applications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar ticketing/CRM platforms is a plus
