Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Operations & Support Specialist to enhance customer experience and support operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Master the product and resolve customer inquiries through various communication channels
- Triage and troubleshoot account management and technical support issues, improving reporting procedures
- Execute customer training sessions and update knowledge base articles and instructional content
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in a second language, preferably Spanish or French
- 1-2 years of relevant customer-facing experience, preferably in the SaaS industry
- Ability to work 8am-5pm PST, Monday - Friday, with occasional weekend coverage
- Strong time management skills and ability to work autonomously in a remote team
- Positive attitude and a creative problem-solving approach
