Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to provide support for users in the veterinary industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries with timely and friendly communication
- Triage and resolve support tickets, documenting issues and coordinating with Engineering
- Collaborate with teams to identify recurring issues and improve customer success
Required Qualifications
- Background in the veterinary industry (technician, CSR, practice manager, or similar)
- 4+ years of customer support or customer success experience, ideally in SaaS or tech
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working with support chat systems and collaboration tools
- Proactive and empathetic communicator
