Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to provide support for users in the veterinary industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries with timely and friendly communication
  • Triage and resolve support tickets, documenting issues and coordinating with Engineering
  • Collaborate with teams to identify recurring issues and improve customer success
Required Qualifications
  • Background in the veterinary industry (technician, CSR, practice manager, or similar)
  • 4+ years of customer support or customer success experience, ideally in SaaS or tech
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working with support chat systems and collaboration tools
  • Proactive and empathetic communicator
