Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for customers navigating compliance challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries across Slack and support ticket queue
- Resolve questions related to platform navigation, onboarding, billing, and pentest scheduling
- Triage requests and escalate issues to the appropriate internal teams while documenting context
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in a customer-facing support or success role at a SaaS company
- Strong organizational skills to manage high volumes of inquiries effectively
- Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote environment
- Experience with managing multiple communication channels simultaneously
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks or a willingness to learn quickly is a plus
