Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for customers navigating compliance challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries across Slack and support ticket queue
  • Resolve questions related to platform navigation, onboarding, billing, and pentest scheduling
  • Triage requests and escalate issues to the appropriate internal teams while documenting context
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years in a customer-facing support or success role at a SaaS company
  • Strong organizational skills to manage high volumes of inquiries effectively
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote environment
  • Experience with managing multiple communication channels simultaneously
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks or a willingness to learn quickly is a plus
