Job Summary
A company is looking for a Specialist in Customer Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and emails from customers, providing assistance with product inquiries and order placements
- Create sales orders and quotes while adhering to sales policies and best practices
- Collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs and assist teammates with various tasks
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, phone center, or order entry roles
- Proficiency in MS Office applications; experience with CRM and ERP systems preferred
- Ability to learn new technology and adapt to changes quickly
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- BA/BS degree preferred but not mandatory
