Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist I to provide support in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to Tier 1 support tickets via email, phone, and chat while documenting and resolving cases
  • Enhance customer satisfaction by providing empathetic support and analyzing feedback for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate across teams to maintain accurate documentation and escalate recurring issues as needed
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field, preferably in a SaaS or technology company
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
  • Technical aptitude with a willingness to learn new software and systems
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in light project management and process improvement initiatives
