Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to provide technical support and training to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming support requests, triage inquiries, and resolve technical issues efficiently

Required Qualifications

  • Availability to work from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time (PST)

  • Analytical and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools quickly
