Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to provide technical support and training to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming support requests, triage inquiries, and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Collaborate with developers and business analysts to document solutions and enhance client support
- Gather client feedback and communicate enhancement requests to improve software functionality
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in technical customer support, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment
- Availability to work from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time (PST)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, databases, and remote access tools
- Analytical and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools quickly
