Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist II to provide advanced support for customer inquiries related to sleep health products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide escalated support for complex customer inquiries related to Home Sleep Studies and Durable Medical Equipment
  • Investigate and resolve issues in collaboration with Tier 3 support, focusing on DME workflows
  • Guide customers through the Home Sleep Test journey and maintain accurate documentation of interactions
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a direct-to-consumer customer service role
  • Proficiency in helpdesk software like Zendesk
  • Experience in a remote role for over one year
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus
  • Experience in healthcare or Durable Medical Equipment is preferred
