Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist II responsible for providing customer service to healthcare providers and internal sales teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and place outbound calls as necessary
  • Investigate and resolve issues for the sales field, providers, or internal customers
  • Work cross-functionally to support process improvements and maintain knowledge of sales policies
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare contact center
  • 3+ years of experience in a sales or customer service environment
  • Must be 18 years of age or older and authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
  • Demonstrated ability to perform essential duties of the position
