Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to provide support and assistance to a global customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service by connecting, solving, and building relationships with customers
  • Support escalations from Level 1 agents and strengthen team knowledge through coaching
  • Identify customer feedback trends and recurring issues to improve the support experience
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, but relevant experience (2-3 years) is acceptable
  • Experience with Salesforce and JIRA
  • 3 to 5+ years of experience in technical support or software application support
  • Strong Excel/spreadsheet skills
  • Ability to adapt well to rapid change
