Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to provide support and assistance to a global customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service by connecting, solving, and building relationships with customers
- Support escalations from Level 1 agents and strengthen team knowledge through coaching
- Identify customer feedback trends and recurring issues to improve the support experience
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, but relevant experience (2-3 years) is acceptable
- Experience with Salesforce and JIRA
- 3 to 5+ years of experience in technical support or software application support
- Strong Excel/spreadsheet skills
- Ability to adapt well to rapid change
