Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Representative to assist with customer service and support inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to member concerns and technical needs via multichannel communication, adhering to regulatory policies
  • Inform members about products and services, and upsell when appropriate
  • Maintain customer records in compliance with regulatory policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
  • Native English speaker; bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
  • Prior customer service/support experience
  • Proficient with technology, web-based applications, and mobile applications
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus
  • Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment
