Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Support Representative to assist with customer service and support inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to member concerns and technical needs via multichannel communication, adhering to regulatory policies
- Inform members about products and services, and upsell when appropriate
- Maintain customer records in compliance with regulatory policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
- Native English speaker; bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
- Prior customer service/support experience
- Proficient with technology, web-based applications, and mobile applications
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment
