Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support 2.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide education and assistance to customers while addressing complex inquiries and escalated concerns
  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of policies and procedures to respond accurately to customer inquiries and recommend updates to knowledge management tools
  • Document performance opportunities and assist leadership in coaching and supporting customer service representatives
Required Qualifications
  • Two to four years of customer service experience in a high-volume environment
  • One year of experience taking ACD calls within a call center
  • Ability to work any shift, including weekends and holidays
  • Proficiency in using multiple complex systems to support customer needs
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate effective interpersonal skills
