Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally and courteously
- Resolve customer issues by understanding their needs and utilizing the knowledge base
- Document customer issues and coordinate with other departments as necessary
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or technical support in a contact center environment
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
