Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally and courteously
  • Resolve customer issues by understanding their needs and utilizing the knowledge base
  • Document customer issues and coordinate with other departments as necessary
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or technical support in a contact center environment
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
