Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to provide technical support and training to clients across the United States and Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming support requests, triage emails and calls, and resolve issues efficiently
  • Research and document solutions to complex issues while collaborating with Developers and Business Analysts
  • Gather client feedback, communicate enhancement requests, and train clients on new releases
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in technical customer support, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment
  • Availability to work from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time (PST)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, databases, and remote access tools
  • Analytical and detail-oriented with strong critical thinking and organizational skills
  • Ability to build relationships and earn trust with clients in a virtual environment
