Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join their Support team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers via chat and email
- Maintain high customer satisfaction while managing operational expectations
- Evaluate and analyze issues to resolve or escalate tickets as needed
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in technical support or a similar role
- Ability to navigate Linux, macOS, and Windows operating systems
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL and cloud computing platforms (Azure, AWS, etc.)
- Familiarity with an Intercom or similar ticketing system
- Understanding of B2B SaaS products and IT security
