Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join their Support team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers via chat and email
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction while managing operational expectations
  • Evaluate and analyze issues to resolve or escalate tickets as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in technical support or a similar role
  • Ability to navigate Linux, macOS, and Windows operating systems
  • Knowledge of PostgreSQL and cloud computing platforms (Azure, AWS, etc.)
  • Familiarity with an Intercom or similar ticketing system
  • Understanding of B2B SaaS products and IT security
