Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to provide technical support and maintain customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers through chat and email
- Maintain high customer satisfaction while managing operational expectations
- Evaluate and analyze issues to resolve or escalate tickets as needed
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a customer support role, preferably in a technical environment
- Strong understanding of product functionality
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users
- Familiarity with a wide range of technologies
- Willingness to work Monday to Friday from 12 to 8 PM EST
