Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers through chat and email
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction while managing operational expectations
  • Evaluate and analyze issues to resolve or escalate tickets as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in a customer support role, preferably in a technical environment
  • Strong understanding of product functionality
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users
  • Familiarity with a wide range of technologies
  • Willingness to work Monday to Friday from 12 to 8 PM EST
