Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for robotic welding and cutting systems, including maintenance and troubleshooting
• Handle incoming technical support inquiries and coordinate issues for resolution
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and generate knowledge content for internal and external use

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma/GED required
• 5+ years of experience in a customer-focused support role, preferably in industrial automation or robotic arc welding
• Excellent electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical prints
• PC literate in MS Office applications
