Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Technical Support position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather customer information, document actions taken, and troubleshoot issues while minimizing disruption
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of the company's core products and provide functional support for project estimates and budget controls
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries through the ticketing system and facilitate remote meetings for troubleshooting
Required Qualifications:
  • At least one year of software application development or support experience
  • Must be a U.S. Person, defined as a U.S. Citizen
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite; Excel Macro knowledge preferred
  • Experience with bug and case tracking systems, such as Azure DevOps and Service Now
  • SaaS troubleshooting experience is ideal
