Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • 1 year of experience supporting relevant products or 3 years in a related support role in a SaaS environment

  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools is preferred
  • Hands-on experience with system administration tasks and various technical tools
  • Ability to manage multiple customer issues simultaneously
