Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service quality
- Monitor and manage support tickets while maintaining communication with customers
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of experience supporting relevant products or 3 years in a related support role in a SaaS environment
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience and certification may substitute for a degree
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools is preferred
- Hands-on experience with system administration tasks and various technical tools
- Ability to manage multiple customer issues simultaneously
