Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to provide remote customer service and order management.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and courteous customer service regarding pricing, order details, and service availability
- Enter customer orders and manage shipping details to ensure timely transport of products
- Prepare service proposals and assist in continuous improvement of processes and procedures
Required Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, or High School Diploma/GED with two years of customer service experience
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
- Experience utilizing SalesForce and/or SAP is preferred
