Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to provide remote customer service and order management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate and courteous customer service regarding pricing, order details, and service availability
  • Enter customer orders and manage shipping details to ensure timely transport of products
  • Prepare service proposals and assist in continuous improvement of processes and procedures
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, or High School Diploma/GED with two years of customer service experience
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
  • Experience utilizing SalesForce and/or SAP is preferred
