Job Summary

Customer Support Specialist is a full-time remote position responsible for providing exceptional service and support for customer inquiries related to application offerings, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer service and support inquiries
  • Deliver high-quality client support by identifying and resolving issues promptly
  • Collaborate with teams to document and escalate issues as necessary


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree recommended
  • Proficient in MS Office and related products
  • Technically savvy with the ability to learn new software quickly
  • Experience in eChart or Practice Management preferred
  • Healthcare or clinical experience preferred
