Job Summary
Customer Support Specialist is a full-time, remote position responsible for assisting patients with healthcare navigation, managing order intake, and coordinating respiratory therapy services.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct patient satisfaction calls and advocate for patient concerns
- Coordinate order fulfillment and ensure timely service delivery
- Educate patients on products and services, including CPAP therapy
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Experience with medical equipment is preferred
- Experience in healthcare administration, patient intake, or insurance verification is preferred
- One year of related work experience is preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred
