Job Summary

Customer Support Specialist is a full-time, remote position responsible for assisting patients with healthcare navigation, managing order intake, and coordinating respiratory therapy services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct patient satisfaction calls and advocate for patient concerns
  • Coordinate order fulfillment and ensure timely service delivery
  • Educate patients on products and services, including CPAP therapy
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Experience with medical equipment is preferred
  • Experience in healthcare administration, patient intake, or insurance verification is preferred
  • One year of related work experience is preferred
  • Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred
