Job Summary
Customer Support Specialist provides full-time hourly customer service by resolving high-priority issues related to damages, defects, and errors after freight leaves distribution centers.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver quality customer service to customers and dealers throughout their inquiries
- Maintain personal case queues and ensure timely resolution of claims
- Communicate proactively and professionally with customers, dealers, and other departments
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience preferred
- Working knowledge of Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
- Ability to multitask and conduct research
- Proficient keyboarding skills; touch typing preferred
