Job Summary

Customer Support Specialist provides full-time hourly customer service by resolving high-priority issues related to damages, defects, and errors after freight leaves distribution centers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver quality customer service to customers and dealers throughout their inquiries
  • Maintain personal case queues and ensure timely resolution of claims
  • Communicate proactively and professionally with customers, dealers, and other departments
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
  • Ability to multitask and conduct research
  • Proficient keyboarding skills; touch typing preferred
