Job Summary
Customer Support Specialist, a full-time remote position, serves as the first point of contact for customers, resolving inquiries and troubleshooting issues to ensure a positive experience with the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and ticketing systems
- Troubleshoot technical issues and recommend effective solutions
- Maintain accurate customer records and document cases in the ticketing system
Required Qualifications
- Customer service experience
- Experience with software, eMARs, EHRs, or healthcare-related technologies preferred
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred
- Ability to work in a remote environment compliant with cybersecurity policies
- Comfortable learning new systems and technologies quickly
