Job Summary

Customer Support Specialist, a full-time remote position, serves as the first point of contact for customers, resolving inquiries and troubleshooting issues to ensure a positive experience with the platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and ticketing systems
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and recommend effective solutions
  • Maintain accurate customer records and document cases in the ticketing system
Required Qualifications
  • Customer service experience
  • Experience with software, eMARs, EHRs, or healthcare-related technologies preferred
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred
  • Ability to work in a remote environment compliant with cybersecurity policies
  • Comfortable learning new systems and technologies quickly
