Job Summary

Customer Support Specialist provides part-time support, assisting customers primarily through live interactions on phone and chat channels while ensuring prompt and effective service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality customer support via phone and chat
  • Assist customers and internal teams with inquiries and troubleshoot complex issues
  • Work cross-functionally with various teams to enhance the customer experience
Required Qualifications
  • 1 - 3 years of customer support experience
  • Experience interacting with a high volume of customers
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup environment is a plus
  • Experience with Zendesk is a plus
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including holiday and weekend coverage
