Job Summary
Customer Support Specialist provides part-time support, assisting customers primarily through live interactions on phone and chat channels while ensuring prompt and effective service.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer support via phone and chat
- Assist customers and internal teams with inquiries and troubleshoot complex issues
- Work cross-functionally with various teams to enhance the customer experience
Required Qualifications
- 1 - 3 years of customer support experience
- Experience interacting with a high volume of customers
- Experience in a fast-paced startup environment is a plus
- Experience with Zendesk is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including holiday and weekend coverage
