Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Provide phone, email, and text-based support to customers and partners
- Monitor in-progress deliveries and take corrective actions as needed

Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in technology or logistics
- Ability to work a schedule with non-standard hours, including evenings and weekends
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus
- Comfortable in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Proactive in navigating uncertainty and ambiguity
