Job Summary

Working remotely on a temporary basis, the Customer Support Specialist will provide technical and customer support for self-service applications, troubleshoot issues, and maintain accurate application records to enhance operational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities
  • Deliver multi-channel technical support by responding to inquiries from staff, students, and volunteers regarding applications and system access
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues by researching problems and documenting findings to ensure timely resolution
  • Collaborate with IT and internal stakeholders to support system testing, updates, and user training initiatives to improve application performance
Required qualifications
