Job Summary

To support a growing international travel-tech company, the remote Customer Support Specialist (Incident Resolution) will rapidly resolve client issues, provide expert advice on bookings, and engage with clients and suppliers through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Rapidly and effectively resolve client issues through a CRM system
  • Advise clients on bookings and product offerings
  • Communicate with suppliers, hotels, and clients via email and phone
Required Qualifications
  • Upper Intermediate English proficiency (spoken and written)
  • Ability to learn quickly and maintain a results-focused approach
  • Experience with CRM systems and internal databases
  • A functioning computer and microphone for remote work
  • Understanding of the travel business and booking systems is an advantage
