Key responsibilities
  • Handle client inquiries by identifying problems and providing troubleshooting support for product and training-related questions
  • Document issues and resolutions in Salesforce while staying updated on product knowledge and internal processes
  • Engage with customers actively to understand their needs and advocate for effective solutions
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree preferred
  • 0-5 years of experience in a customer service-related role
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new software and hardware
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus
  • Reliable internet service provider
