Job Summary
Enthusiastic individuals will find a full-time hourly Customer Support Specialist opportunity focused on assisting clients in the salon and spa industry by troubleshooting product-related inquiries and providing training via phone, email, and live chat in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Handle client inquiries by identifying problems and providing troubleshooting support for product and training-related questions
- Document issues and resolutions in Salesforce while staying updated on product knowledge and internal processes
- Engage with customers actively to understand their needs and advocate for effective solutions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree preferred
- 0-5 years of experience in a customer service-related role
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new software and hardware
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus
- Reliable internet service provider
