Job Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist for the fully remote 1st shift position on the CPAP Centralized Care Team, who will manage patient intake, insurance verification, and coordinate respiratory therapy services while ensuring a high level of patient satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct patient satisfaction calls and advocate for patients to resolve concerns
- Coordinate order fulfillment and ensure timely delivery of services
- Educate patients on CPAP therapy products and maintain compliance with regulatory standards
Required qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Experience with medical equipment or healthcare administration preferred
- Knowledge of medical billing practices and insurance verification preferred
- One year of related work experience preferred
- Familiarity with medical terminology preferred
