Job Summary
Providing friendly and efficient support, the full-time Customer Support Specialist will assist customers via email, phone, and virtual sessions, troubleshooting software issues and guiding users through best practices in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers through various communication channels
- Troubleshoot software-related issues and guide customers to solutions
- Deliver training and instructional support to customers on system configurations and best practices
Required qualifications
- Deep knowledge and extensive hands-on experience with Rock Gym Pro
- Ability to configure and create new setups within the software
- Experience in providing one-on-one and group training
- Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach
- Open-mindedness and eagerness to learn new processes and technologies
