Job Summary

Delivering empathetic veterinary diagnostic support, the full-time Customer Support Specialist will manage incoming customer calls, provide solutions to inquiries, and accurately enter orders while utilizing various software systems in a remote or office environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Provides superior customer service and addresses customer concerns effectively
  • Handles incoming calls, processes orders, and maintains distributor relationships
  • Utilizes multiple software systems, including CRM and ERP, to service accounts and update data
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma required; associate's degree in business or veterinary field preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a call center environment preferred
  • Working knowledge of veterinary medical information technology and clinical diagnostics preferred
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain quality assurance metrics in customer support
