Job Summary
Delivering empathetic veterinary diagnostic support, the full-time Customer Support Specialist will manage incoming customer calls, provide solutions to inquiries, and accurately enter orders while utilizing various software systems in a remote or office environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provides superior customer service and addresses customer concerns effectively
- Handles incoming calls, processes orders, and maintains distributor relationships
- Utilizes multiple software systems, including CRM and ERP, to service accounts and update data
Required qualifications
- High school diploma required; associate's degree in business or veterinary field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a call center environment preferred
- Working knowledge of veterinary medical information technology and clinical diagnostics preferred
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Demonstrated ability to maintain quality assurance metrics in customer support
