Job Summary

As the frontline point of contact for customers, the full-time remote Customer Support Specialist will deliver high-quality support across multiple channels, efficiently resolve inquiries, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining strong service standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or other support channels to determine root causes and recommend solutions
  • Resolve customer complaints and service requests effectively while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate customer records and document all interactions in relevant systems
Required Qualifications
  • 2 years+ of experience in Customer Support
  • Minimum Diploma, NITEC, or equivalent qualification
  • Customer service certifications or formal training in customer communication/service excellence are advantageous
  • Proven ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and timely
  • Familiarity with customer service systems, CRM platforms, and ticketing tools
