Job Summary
As the frontline point of contact for customers, the full-time remote Customer Support Specialist will deliver high-quality support across multiple channels, efficiently resolve inquiries, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining strong service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or other support channels to determine root causes and recommend solutions
- Resolve customer complaints and service requests effectively while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate customer records and document all interactions in relevant systems
Required Qualifications
- 2 years+ of experience in Customer Support
- Minimum Diploma, NITEC, or equivalent qualification
- Customer service certifications or formal training in customer communication/service excellence are advantageous
- Proven ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and timely
- Familiarity with customer service systems, CRM platforms, and ticketing tools
