Job Summary

To support a growing customer base, the full-time Customer Support Specialist will manage customer inquiries, provide hands-on support for Circle Plus communities, and troubleshoot various technical issues in a fully remote environment, with required availability from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM Pacific Time, Tuesday through Saturday.

Key responsibilities
  • Prioritize and respond to customer issues across email channels
  • Become an expert on the Circle product and provide solutions to creators
  • Collaborate with engineers and designers to troubleshoot complex technical issues
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical support role, ideally in SaaS
  • Proficient in English at a CEFR Level C2 / ILR Level 5
  • Strong understanding of technical workflows and customer needs
  • Excitement for working in a startup environment with a focus on product development
  • Experience with Zendesk is a plus
