Job Summary
To support a growing customer base, the full-time Customer Support Specialist will prioritize customer inquiries, provide hands-on support for Circle Plus communities, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues, all while working remotely from an AEST/NZST-aligned timezone.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer issues across email channels and provide timely solutions
- Become an expert in the Circle product and assist creators in launching and building their communities
- Collaborate with engineers and designers to troubleshoot technical issues and escalate feedback for product improvement
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in SaaS
- Proficiency in English at a CEFR Level C2 / ILR Level 5
- Strong understanding of technical workflows and customer needs
- Excitement about contributing to a startup environment with a focus on product development
- Experience with Zendesk is a plus
