Job Summary
Seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist, the full-time hybrid position will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional support via email, phone, and Slack while managing customer requests and assisting with technical challenges.
Key responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer support and manage a ticket queue of incoming requests
- Assist dealership customers with webpage adjustments, data updates, and integration troubleshooting
- Translate customer feedback into structured feature requests and contribute to support documentation
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Support or Call Center roles, preferably in a fast-paced software startup or SaaS environment
- Experience communicating with enterprise-level stakeholders, including executives
- Automotive and inventory experience is a plus
- Familiarity with customer support software and tools such as Pylon or Zendesk
- A customer-first approach with strong organizational skills and a positive attitude
