Job Summary

Working remotely, the part-time Customer Support Specialist will assist customers through inbound calls, support ticketing systems, and customer engagement, addressing inquiries related to company products and services while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide Tier 1 support by resolving standard issues and documenting customer interactions
  • Collaborate across teams to follow up and ensure satisfactory resolution of customer issues
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus
  • Proven customer support or client service experience
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is preferred
  • Experience in title, registration, DMV, or dealership is preferred
  • Technical support experience is preferred
